At CanadianGlasses.ca, all clip-ons are individually handcrafted and made to order. Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement of the affected item. To initiate a claim, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at Hello@CanadianGlasses.ca, including your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect.

Please note:

• Claims submitted after the 15-day window may not be eligible for replacement.

• Slight variations in color, shape, or fit due to the handmade process are considered normal and not grounds for replacement.
